We want you to be fully satisfied with your Jordan Craig purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at authorized locations.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
